Well hello there new necklace! Yes, this was another impulse buy but it's so pretty I couldn't resist it! Look...
Okay, I know it's very "hipster" but I don't like it because it's "mainstream", I like it because it's unusual. To be honest, I'm very much a glittery girly-girl but this edgy little accessory can add a rock chick twist to any outfit, no matter how girly it may be! I think a short, chunky necklace is a must-have for any girl this season and at £5.99 from New Look, this one was a bargain!

Mid-Week Match Up!
So, we're halfway through the week which must mean it's time for Mid-Week Match Up! The person I have chosen this week is not only a hugely well-known artist but she is also often seen as a fashion icon and that person is Rita Ora!
I adore Rita's style here! Besides managing to look good in anything, Rita knows how to stay bang on trend (perhaps with a little help from her best friend and international model, Cara Delevingne). Rita's chunky gold jewellery really adds a certain something to this otherwise simple outfit. Below is the perfect way to achieve Rita's look!
This outfit really emphasises the importance of accessories with a simple outfit! Chunky accessories stand out the most when teamed with simple patterns and neutral colours. Always remember though, stick to jewellery of one colour; try not to team a gold bracelet with silver earrings! This waterfall blazer is also very in right now - such a free and individual shape and the turned up sleeves add a certain edginess! Overall, I love this outfit. Again, Rita Ora has got it so right.

Sorry!
Hi guys! I've been trying to upload this weeks Mid-Week Match Up for about an hour now and for some reason, one of the photos is refusing to upload! I'm so sorry but the post will be up here as soon as possible! Thank you for bearing with me:)

New Shoes!
As you might have guessed, I'm a bit of a shopaholic and when it comes to shoes, I just can't resist! So when I have an event where I am required to glam up a bit, I take that opportunity to buy new shoes which is exactly what I did today!
Here are my gorgeous new shoes! I think the reason that I love them so much is that they are so simple but at the same time, they are effortlessly glamorous and covered in my favourite accessory...glitter! Being such a neutral colour, they will go with almost everything and add a touch of sophistication to any outfit! These heels were from Dorothy Perkins and were reduced from £42 to £30 which personally I think is a bargain for a pair of shoes that I will definitely wear more than once!

Mid-week Match Up!
Hi guys! I have decided to create a post that I will (hopefully) do every Wednesday! It's called Mid-week Match Up and my aim is to post a picture of a celebrity outfit that I like and then match it up to items that are available from high street stores adding my own twist with shoes, accessories etc. Get it?! Okay, so we'll start right now with the beautiful Ariana Grande!
I absolutely love the outfit that Ari is wearing here, she has got it so right with the contrasting polka dot prints. The use of monochrome is very in right now and while this outfit is very simple and understated, it oozes class and quirky individuality!

Hat; Topshop £25.00, Wedges; New Look £19.99, Skirt; New Look £16.99, Cropped Tee; New Look £9.99, Bracelet; Accessorize £7.00 |
I really think this is a reasonable price for such a stunning outfit. You're sure to make an impression in this beautiful vision of black and white. In my opinion, the hat is rather expensive but it really does just top off the outfit, such a cute accessory! The bracelet looks very similar to the one Ariana is wearing and it looks beautifully simplistic and dainty whilst adding a bit of sparkle to the outfit.

Denim update!
So following on from my denim spiel yesterday...I saw a guy in town today who was rocking double denim! He was wearing dark blue skinny jeans with a pale blue denim shirt tucked in and a leather jacket with a large fur collar; he looked fab! It just goes to show that it really does depend on how you wear it! Hopefully I'll be able to get some pictures of myself (attempting) to pull off double denim soon but I'll let you make your own decision on how it looks...
Suggestions please!
Hello all! As you know I'm fairly new to this blogging lark and it would be great if you could give me some suggestions of blogs that you enjoy so I can check them out! Obviously fashion is my main focus so let me know if there are any fashion blogs worth looking at. Also, whilst we're at it, please let me know if you have any constructive criticism about my blog, I'd love to know what you want to see on here! Thank you!

The Denim Revival
At only £24.99 from New Look, these dungarees are a bargain! They are perfect for wearing to a picnic, barbeque or even to the park! The faded wash effect gives a vintage look to a beautiful piece of denim.
How stunning is this?! For me, this whole outfit is perfect for this season. The lace and the headband give a feminine touch to the otherwise fairly masculine shape of the garment. At just £25.00 from boohoo.com, this playsuit is a must!
I'm in love!

I'm clearly not a model but doesn't mean I'm not going to try! I love this skater skirt and vest top combination, the high-waisted skirt is super flattering and perfect for that rock chick look, LOVE IT.
